The matter concerns property of New Gold Equities located at 110 and 111 First Street. in Jersey City, NJ, among other things.

The Complaint will tell you who was named as a party to the suit and it describes the allegations made against the City of Jersey City and certain of its officials.

A complaint is only an allegation of wrongdoing that must be proved in Court and the City and individuals named in the complaint as defendants may dispute and deny its allegations. A resolution of this matter has been reached under the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Pursuant to that resolution a Consent Order was entered in both the Federal Court action and in all other pending State Court Actions. Under the Consent Order, New Gold will proceed with the development of its properties in a manner approved by the City of Jersey City. All allegations against the City, its agencies and individuals have been resolved by the Consent Order.
